Summer Fun Day has something for all ages and interests.  It is an opportunity to visit the farm and see the restoration projects that have been completed so far.

There will be artisans with quality, handmade wares such as steampunk jewelry, wooden bowls, beaded jewelry, garden furniture built from botanical items, pen and ink drawings, and more.  You’ll even have a chance to try “throwing a pot” on a potter’s wheel.

If games and a chance to win a prize are your thing, there will be plenty of choices no matter what your age. Scavenger hunts, tug-of-war, relay races, sack race, croquet, and other vintage games will be all around the farm.  See what people were playing 200 years ago.  Visit our facebook page facebook.com/thewinterberryfarm to see games and prizes donated by local merchants and citizens.

A $25 gift certificate to Reino's of Tiffin will be awarded to the best photo of the day as voted on by viewers of the Winterberry Farm page. So be sure to bring your phone or camera so you can take photos and post your favorites to our facebook page.

If you just want to relax, bring a blanket to sit under the trees or sit in the barn or courtyard as you enjoy root beer floats and some great farm food prepared especially for Winterberry by the crew from Jolly’s of Tiffin.
